Consulting activities

Company ECONS ENERGY, a. s. is independent from any equipment manufacturers and therefore guarantees an objective approach to resolving a client´s problem  and allows the optimum solution exclusively beneficial to the client.

Consulting activities, in accordance with the needs of the business partner, mainly include:

• technical and economic advice in the preparation of an investment project,
• the evaluation of various alternative solutions and finding the optimum solution,
• the evaluation of economic results of an upcoming project including risk assessment (Feasibility Study),
• cooperation in selecting a contractor,
• technical assistance in implementing works until their deployment and handover to the client.

Designing activities

ECONS ENERGY, a. s., has 11 permanent employees. The core is formed of employees who hold licences issued by the Slovak Chamber of Civil Engineers authorising them to perform design activities in all the necessary specialisations, university education and many years' experience in the field. Documentation is prepared using the software from Autodesk, Inc. - AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Navisworks and CADMATIC 3D Plant Design Software.

Design activities include all levels and activities, mainly:

• preparing documentation for territorial and building proceedings,
• design documentation for the implementation of buildings,
• designer's supervisory activities and as-built documentation.

Engineering activities

Via their employees, the company provides additional services in the preparation and implementation of constructions. This is mainly a package of services for representing the investor in proceedings with public authorities, municipalities, affected authorities protecting the public interest and other authorities (provision of the necessary documentation, surveys, assessments, statements for territorial proceedings, building proceedings, commissioning proceedings and representing the investor in these proceedings).
