PROJECT DESIGN   ECONS employs designers depending on the size of the project. Forming the core of the company are engineers who have university degrees and are certified for the full range of ECONS' project activities. Planning includes all levels of activity, concentrating primarily on the following: -necessary paperwork to gain authorization for the project  (both plant site acqusition and building permission) -ongoing consultation throughout negotiations to obtain  authorization for the project -complete project layout and design (conceptual and basic  engineering design, detail engineering design) -field construction supervision for quality control,  on-time completion and effective project execution
						PROJECT SUPPORT   ECONS engineers are authorized and experienced in providing project management and implementation. ECONS aids in engineering tasks and project realization during the construction of technical and civic buildings. The company takes full responsibility for project completion, including the fulfillment of the project's planned parameters and contract conditions. ECONS fully takes into account the unique specifications of each individual project as well the client's desires in order to facilitate the practical utilization of any resources the client may offer as well as those in the area local to the project site.
